Lord of Life Lutheran - Kirby
On March 16, 2010 representatives from Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Kirby
visited our Sarah Chapter meeting. They brought items made for Threads of
Love, as well as a picture showing the special dedication and blessing of
their handmade items during their Sunday service. The interest in Threads of
Love is growing at Lord of Life, and we know that God will continue to bless
their efforts to help the weakest and most vulnerable among us.
TOL Director Liz Page admires the preemie
blanket made by Lord of Life Lutheran Church member Gretha Smith. Gretha was
brought to the Threads of Love meeting by Elmer and Julie Scheper.
Lord of Life Lutheran Church blesses and
dedicates all items made by their ladies' missionary group. Threads of Love
items are displayed on the communion railings. Thank you Lord of Life!
